Nici Blue Eyes, The SnowdroppersRoute 66, Saturday 3rd May 2008 I was originally going to go to the double EP launch, but another CD launch I had promised to attend was moved to the same night so I was lucky enough to be able to get along to this appearance. I hadn't seen the Snowdroppers before, but I thought they went really well and they played great dirty country/blues style with the lead singer jumping up and down at one point. I will try to see them next time they come down from Sydney. WolfCall last year was the last time I saw Nici Blue Eyes perform and I was really looking forward to seeing them and picking up their new EP. I have been playing it a lot since I bought it and I have heard she even has fans in the USA already (they can get their own EP, this one is mine!) I heard that everyone had a lot of fun at the EP launch, which is great hear and I hope both bands go on to lots of gigs in the future.
