The Hybernators
with Sukie and the Devil, Brigitte Handley & The Dark Shadows Even though I was still tired after watching Apocalypse Now Redux the previous night and going to see Stephen Chow's new movie instead of having a sleep in the afternoon I still wanted to go see the Hybernators. Luckily I woke up early enough to go down there and arrived just before Sukie and the Devil who were great. I saw Brigitte Handley & The Dark Shadows a couple of times when they were down last and they were as good as last time and hopefully they went well at the Meow show the previous night. Lots up people turned up to see them which was great to see. The Hybernators played well as always and even got to do an encore where people kept requesting "footy" and Richard jokingly said they wouldn't as it was the off-season. There were a lot of dancers during their set and even the old people on one of the front tables liked it. Cheers to Chrissy and Bernie who I haven't seen for a while also.
