Poems from the 29th Floor book launchMichael Crane with special guests Trash Anderson and Soul Tram choirMelbourne Writers' Festival 2007 Malthouse Theatre, Saturday 1st September 2007 I had taken some photos for Michael last year for use in his new book and forgotten about them until recently due to publishing taking as long as it usually does. As I have been very busy recently I didn't get the chance to attend the other events he had organised so I was glad to go to his book launch. It was great to see Trish Anderson as a guest singer as I haven't had the chance to see her this year as I have been busy. The choir was an extra bonus and I thought they went very well. Hopefully they will do more performances in the future. I thought it was a great launch and very well attended with seeing as it was on a Saturday night on the last weekend of the festival. I hope the book does well and Michael publishes more in the future. |
